Easy to Make Vegan Pasta Recipe: Low-Carb Persian Chicken Spaghetti

Easy to Make Vegan Pasta Recipe Low-Carb Persian Chicken Spaghetti


  • 1 cup Marinated Persian Chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack Almond Keto Spaghetti
  • 1 cup French Beans (blanched)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoon of cooking olive oil
  • 1 sprig of parsley leaves (chopped)
  • salt and black pepper to season
  • 1/2 cup of pasta water


  • Boil water with some salt and cook the pasta for 7 minutes
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat up to 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, add sliced chicken, and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute or until garlic is golden brown
  • Add half the amount of chopped parsley and 1/2 cup pasta water, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked
  • After the chicken is cooked, add the pasta and blanched beans and mix well
  • Transfer onto a serving plate and sprinkle with rest of the chopped parsley and drizzle with the remaining olive oil

You can easily swap the chicken in this Persian Chicken recipe, with soy chunks or tofu or your favorite plant-based meat.
